Blog positive experience:
So I woke up naturally and I thought I must have missed my alarm so panicked to get my phone (scratched my eye on sleepy dust but no biggy) and realised it was only 8am. I was up hours early! I put my dressing gown on and went into the kitchen and put the kettle on. I made myself a cup of tea and I felt like I was in no rush at all. I then had a bit of Chris's cereal and it was very scrumptious I enjoyed eating in the morning for once, I even went for a second bowl!
I got to finish my tea and feel like I was regulating my body temperature and whilst I enjoyed this I started working on the Godus document and felt I was really making some progress. This would carry on throughout the day. All the ideas I had thought about the night before started to work their way steadily into the document showing some promise.
I still felt in no rush at all! It felt like ages had gone by, it had been an entire hour. I then steadily went to get into my cycling gear and made sure to have some water so I wasn't parched on the ride. I was out the door before Chris had gotten up and I was the second person into work. I felt like I had made loads of progress before I would have usually had gotten the bus. By the time 10am rolled around it felt like I had been there for ages and that felt really refreshing, it felt nice, clean, relaxed, organised.
